In a world where organisational teams may have become fragmented and work remotely; where people may have become isolated or overwhelmed by the challenges and changes that they now face; and where we have now begun to recognise or remember how a connection with nature can impact our mental health and productivity, Quest Challenges seeks to create and offer outdoor adventures which promote collaboration and team building, enhance creativity and productivity and develop self-confidence and resilience.

Teacher and Theatre Director
Quest Challenges are based in the South Downs National Park and surrounding area. The business is owned and managed by Rachael Phiasanaxay.

Rachael has extensive experience working in education and has also set up, managed and grown a successful theatre company over the past 9 years. Most of the theatre productions were performed outdoors and this new adventure combines her work experience, passions and skills.
