2. Products and Services
1.1 General

These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of the Quest Challenges product(s) (the ‘Activities”) and any ancillary products at the location set out in Quest Challenges’ booking confirmation.

These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information concerning participation by you and members of your party and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.

No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Quest Challenges..

Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any booking confirmation or other documentation issued by Quest Challenges (including any electronic documentation) shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Quest Challenges..

Quest Challenges reserves the right to make changes to the Activities although these changes will not materially affect the provision of the Activities.
1.2 Booking Confirmation

No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by Quest Challenges (which shall include Quest Challenges’ email confirmation of booking).

These Booking Terms and Conditions incorporate Quest Challenges’ Privacy Policy, and Event Disclaimer. You and each member of your party will be required to sign the Event Disclaimer before being allowed to undertake the Activities.

You must advise Quest Challenges as soon as possible of any mistake in Quest Challenges’ booking confirmation. Quest Challenges’ shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the Activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
1.3 Safety

Quest Challenges reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities should it deem it necessary to do so.

All participants are required to always act responsibly and courteously and to respect other participants and other visitors to the location of the Quest. Quest Challenges’ shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event it deems the behaviour of any participant unsuitable.

The Activities will remain open in most weather conditions (but not in circumstances of where weather is considered dangerous.) Dangerous weather will give participants the right of refund or reschedule.

No refunds or compensation will be payable by Quest Challenges if any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake or complete the Activities for the reasons set out in this clause.

All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy.
-
Participants must be aged 7 and above and all children below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

All participants are required to wear suitable footwear which should include flat, gripped soles to make walking around an uneven site as safe as possible. Quest Challenges’ will not permit participants to start any activities with dangerous or unsuitable footwear, for example with raised heels.
1.4 Clothing

It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately, and Quest Challenges advises participants to wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and the Activities.

Quest Challenges will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.
1.5. Moving bookings, cancellations and refunds
-
If Quest Challenges are operational, participants will not be entitled to receive any refunds for cancellations. However, Quest Challenges will allow bookings to be rescheduled once without any penalty. Any further request to move a booking will not be permitted.

Should Quest Challenges feel it is necessary to cancel the booking, including for COVID19 reasons, it shall use reasonable endeavours to notify the person who booked the activity as soon as possible. A full refund will be payable in the event of cancellation under this clause, but no other compensation shall be payable.

Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or a replacement card in the same name. Payments made by Gift Voucher will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement Gift Voucher to the same value.
1.6 Price and Payment
Subject to any terms agreed in writing between Quest Challenges and you, our charges shall be as advertised and payment in full shall be due at the time of booking. The charges include the cost of purchasing the Activities. Payment may be made by debit or credit card through eventbrite or by contacting the booking line: 07724134152 or through the contact form on the website at www.questchallenges.co.uk.

1.7 Liabilities

Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions Quest Challenges shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of, or participation in, the Activities.

If parking facilities are available at the site, any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location.

Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions any liability of Quest Challenges shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to Quest Challenges..

Nothing contained in these Booking Terms and Conditions is intended to, nor shall, limit the liability of Quest Challenges in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Quest Challenges or of its employees, agents or contractors.
1.8 Miscellaneous

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Booking Terms and Conditions.

These Booking Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the activity is located.

2.1 Making a Purchase.
Activities can be purchased via eventbrite, the website or by telephone on 07724134152. We will not pass any details onto third parties unless agreed during the booking process. All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any booking issues or payment problems.

2.2 Credit Card Security
All online purchases take place safely, using eventbrite. All credit card information and personal data will be kept private and not shared in accordance with our privacy policy.
2.3 Payment
You can pay for your order by using the following: Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering, which will require the cardholder’s full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will debit your card immediately and confirm the booking via email.

2.4 Content
Although Quest Challenges will do their best to ensure the accuracy of all information within this website, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this site.

3.1 General Conditions

Vouchers do not have an expiration date and so can be used at any time.

Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Experience vouchers are set to a specific activity and no change will be allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse to permit any sale of vouchers to a third party. Written permission must be sought before any third-party sales are allowed at any time.

Experience vouchers are valid for the specified activity stated on the voucher only.
3.2 Cancellation and Refund Procedure
The purchaser of vouchers or merchandise are entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period provided the gift voucher or merchandise is returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made.
