This policy outlines our commitment to identifying, preventing, and mitigating the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with Quest Challenges. It applies to all aspects of our operations, including but not limited to procurement, recruitment, and engagement with third parties.

Modern Slavery: Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, forced labor, and human trafficking, where individuals are exploited for personal or commercial gain.

 

Human Trafficking: Human trafficking involves the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring, or receipt of persons through the use of force, coercion, fraud, or deception for the purpose of exploitation.

 

Commitments

Quest Challenges is committed to:

  • Conducting due diligence to identify and assess the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains.

  • Implementing effective policies, procedures, and controls to prevent and detect instances of modern slavery and human trafficking.

  • Providing training and awareness programs to employees and relevant stakeholders to raise awareness about modern slavery and human trafficking risks and how to report concerns.

  • Collaborating with suppliers, contractors, and business partners to ensure they also have robust anti-slavery and human trafficking measures in place.

  • Taking appropriate action against any individuals or entities found to be involved in modern slavery or human trafficking, including termination of contracts and legal action.

  • Reporting on our efforts to combat modern slavery and human trafficking in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.


Responsibilities

  • The director is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and ensuring that adequate resources are allocated to address modern slavery and human trafficking risks.

  • The director is responsible for ensuring that appropriate controls are in place within their respective areas of responsibility to prevent and detect modern slavery and human trafficking.

  • All employees and contractors are responsible for familiarizing themselves with this policy and reporting any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking to their designated point of contact.


Monitoring and Review

This policy will be regularly monitored, reviewed, and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to employees and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationship, where appropriate.
